The most important term: DHARA provides legal information and workflow assistance, not legal representation or personalised legal advice. For decisions about your own case, use professional judgment or consult an enrolled advocate. In an emergency, use the appropriate official emergency service.

1. About DHARA

DHARA is a Legal Intelligence and Action platform operated by Calviltech Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. It can provide source-backed legal information, document and action workflows, safety features and professional productivity tools. Some features may be beta, controlled beta or available only to approved users or institutions.

2. Legal information, not legal advice

3. Accuracy and verification

DHARA is designed to use source, status, applicability and citation controls. These controls reduce risk but do not eliminate errors in interpretation, translation, source data, mapping, OCR, model output or newly changed law. A status such as “verified” means DHARA’s configured checks passed; it is not a guarantee of legal outcome.

4. Legacy-law mappings

IPC/BNS, CrPC/BNSS and Evidence Act/BSA cross-references can involve modified, split, merged or omitted provisions. Mappings shown as unverified or pending review must not be relied on for filing or advice without independent checking of the official text and current authorities.

5. Documents, drafting and submissions

Drafts generated by DHARA are starting points and must be reviewed before use. Generating a document is separate from submitting it to a police station, court, government body or third party. DHARA will not treat a generated draft as submitted unless an explicit supported submission feature and user confirmation are provided.

6. Safety and Guardian features

Women’s Shield, Guardian Journey, Trusted Circle and related features are support tools, not emergency-dispatch services. Location signals can be inaccurate or unavailable. A route deviation, speed change or missed check-in does not prove danger. Users should configure trusted contacts and official emergency options appropriate to their situation.

7. Evidence Locker

DHARA may help preserve evidence and integrity metadata. This does not guarantee that a court, police agency or other authority will accept a particular item as authentic, relevant or admissible.

8. Accounts and professional access

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping authentication methods secure. Professional or institutional features may require additional verification, terms, fees, quotas or contractual controls.

9. Plans, pricing and fair use

Plan names, prices and included usage can change during beta and may differ by billing channel, tax or institutional contract. Features described as generous or included are still subject to security, abuse-prevention and fair-use limits, especially for compute-intensive research, voice, document and storage workflows.

10. Prohibited use

You must not use DHARA to unlawfully access another person’s data, conduct covert surveillance, harass or threaten someone, impersonate an advocate or authority, manipulate evidence, bypass product security, or automate abusive/high-volume activity.

11. Intellectual property

DHARA’s software, orchestration, interfaces, proprietary datasets, workflows and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Official statutes and public judicial materials remain subject to their own legal status and source terms.
